OPEN DAY SATURDAY 29 AUGUST 10AM - 4PM

Artists see things differently, beauty in the ugly, potential in the mundane. They have a unique perspective – that is what makes them different. So if you see inspiration in unexpected places, we’d like to see you on Open Day.

See what goes on beyond the sandstone walls of our historic Darlinghurst campus. Explore hundreds of studios and creative spaces. Experience life-drawing, wheel-throwing, bronze-pouring and more. There will also be live music, live street art by renowned Sydney graffiti artist Matthew Peet aka Mistery, as well as food trucks and an art market.

Open Day is especially useful for aspiring visual artists looking to kick-start their creative career. Faculty, alumni, and student services are on hand to talk about study options, the application process, and even give feedback on your portfolio.
